Oat Extract

  • Oat extract has moisturizing benefits and also forms a fine protective barrier when  applied to skin.

  • It is effective in addressing dry skin symptoms including itching, scaliness, and peeling

 

Hyaluronic Acid

  • Hyaluronic acid is a highly effective humectant, i.e. an ingredient that holds moisture

How Do You Use It?
